Until you look for another job you won’t know the true economics of the situation. I urge you to look outside the family business for an appropriate job. You might find you are either under or overpaid relative to a non-family job but you won’t know until then. Then you can either take that job or re-negotiate based on the competition. But keep your job search to yourself until actually offered the job - Especially since in a family there are many ears listening.
while having dinner with your dad AND mom... calmly explain that while you appreciate the raise, the extra workload is physically impossible to get done within a regular workday. then let mom handle him lol.

20% raise with a 100% increase in required work, I’d say they only way I’d accept would be a 100% raise. No one should expect double the work in the same amount of time, family or not.
