Today, my dad cut the power to my room while trying to fix the plugs in the bathroom, and in doing so, prematurely shut off my desktop. He told me not to worry and "it won't happen again", so I turned it back on. He then cut it again, and now my nearly $900 desktop is busted and must be wiped. FML
