People love in different ways, being physical is one of those ways. You guys need to have a good talk. But I do have questions. Did he ever cheat or is he loyal? Yes he needs sex, but it's sex with you, not just anyone.

have needs is not an assault on you. can you live with him having a mistress? your love is unconditional, so why is his need a problem? or are you completely asexual? you need to talk to him and see if you can find a compromise.
