This makes no sense. If the 'job is yours' why would he need to interview you?
I've had second interviews before. They usually happen to double check that you're a good candidate, and that your circumstances haven't changed since your first interview. Oh, you may also get asked questions that were missed in your first interview.
You could always call a friend. Oh wait...
Oh well. in the post you had written 40 min earlier you said, you put "keys, phone and wallet on the table" before locking yourself out. How many phones have you got then...?
