Colleges have turned into jokes. They care more about being PC than they do about being a institution of higher learning.

Just go to the campus library. And most university libraries have study rooms. Try using one of those man.

This is what happened to me. I don't even care anymore and I just call the police for a noise complaint. Call campus security and then call student success about how you can't study and you should be able to get quiet time for the rest of the time you guys are neighbors
