Parent's are never satisfied with the partners their kids choose no matter how old they are. Mine are unhappy with the woman I chose because of hearsay and rumours even though they have never met her. They say I'm blinded by love. I know that she's a good person and sweet and fun, and all my friends agree with me. They still aren't happy and won't believe a word I say of good about her. So from someone in similar similar shoes, don't feel bad. Just hope and pray that one day they'll see your partner through your eyes.
