It sounds like your boyfriend just doesn't want to sleep in the same room as you and is trying to come up with every excuse. You need to talk to him and tell him how this makes you feel, seems like there could be dome bigger reason behind it.
He sounds way too demanding and ungrateful, I'd confront him about it. I mean too hot, fine but when you did that for him and he still complains and then still doesn't buck up and sleep with you anyway, something about this dude ain't right.
it honestly seems like a bigger problem that he is trying to avoid. talk it out or it will continue to get worse.
