You can take that up to court, failure to pay child support is a punishable offense
he can decide not to pay but he does not have a choice. if it is court ordered child support he has to pay it, job or no job. go back to court if you have to.
If you're on unemployment, your children most likely qualify for Medicaid or CHIP.
