Today, I realized I have imaginary conversations when I am drunk. I drink a lot. Now I know why I've been getting all those strange looks. FML.

If there were ever any signs that you are obviously an alcoholic, this would probably be one of the biggest. It's past time to get professional help, before you send yourself into an alcohol poisoning induced coma. That said, if you drink often and have for a while, DO NOT quit cold turkey- it could cause withdrawal seizures. Best to talk to you doctor and get a plan on how to detox safely.
