Content almost refused by staff

Today, , I had an irate customer on the line while taking inbound calls for an american cable company. They wanted my supervisor, because apparently I couldn't get her a tech out fast enough- To ensure her dogs would be able to watch their favourite shows while she's at work. FML

this reminds me of another fml where the daughter got yelled at for leaving the light on and wasting electricity but the mom leaves the TV on so the dogs don't get bored while she's gone.
