When the baby is born take a DNA test to prove to your family that she's a lying *****.

You don't have to wait until the baby is born to do a DNA test; a blood test can be performed about 8 weeks into the pregnancy to determine paternity.

In front of a group of friends, cheerfully offer to do a DNA test in the case that it was an immaculate conception. She'll probably back off after the offer, and the 'immaculate conception' part will get the fact you never had sex with her across to your friends.
