Today, a boy stole my heart. No I mean, I'm on the transplant list, and he physically stole the heart that was suppose to go to me.

...yeah, Hell would be too kind a punishment. What the ******* even? Considering that you can't exactly walk into a hospital to donate a heart for surgery, he either had plans to sell it or was a selfish thrill seeking shit stain. I really hope organ theft is considered attempted murder at the least, since that is essentially what it is. Hope they find a replacement donation soon, OP.

It's unlikely that he physically walked in and absconded with it. The security on organs when they move is incredibly tight- locked containers, sometimes even armed guards. And that's if they even move the organ- they try to do the transplant in the same hospital if possible, less risks. What is more likely is that his condition worsened and got him moved above OP on the list. OP might have been next on the list, but got bumped down.

That doesn't really match with saying someone "physically stole" the heart. Also, I've seen people casually walk around with organ coolers, completely unguarded except for bullet proof vests. Hospitals that do transplants on the regular get ridiculously lax about security for transplant organ delivery.
