Today, while vacuuming my car, I discovered a hole in the floor under one of the seats. Unable to figure out where it came from, I took it to a professional, who informed me that a family of rats has been making my car their home for the last several months. How lovely. FML

Today, I was cleaning off my couch so my nephew could crash here for a few nights. It's been so long since we've sat on it that it is now inhabited by rats we didn't know were in the house, including newly-born ones. FML

Today, I left my car window slightly open while I went shopping. When I returned, I discovered that what I assume to be a mischievous squirrel had got into my car and chewed through the wires in my dashboard, causing extensive damage. FML

@68 The concept of sarcasm over the internet is like the concept of communism, it is flawless until put into action, but even with OP's misunderstanding of this, It's not hard to work out. @OP Rats in your car? Surely you would have noticed it beforehand? In any case, not cleaning your car in such a long time or noticing a hole in it either is fairly stupid.
