Today, my mom was "that" customer at the local drive-thru. She slipped into attention whore mode and bitched the guy out for not giving us extra fries. He said she didn't ask for any, which was true. Instead of apologizing, she swore at him and floored the gas, sending our drinks spilling all over me. FML

Today, a drive-thru customer ordered a deal that includes fries and a drink with the sandwich. When I gave it to her, she screamed at me because she "didn't order fries." When I brought up that the deal includes them, she told me I should have "figured it out," called me a "fugly fat slob," and sped off. FML

Today, while working at McDonald's, a woman returned to the drive thru because her fries weren't hot enough. She was so angry about coming back that she threw her cold fries at me through the window and told me to "choke on them." FML

Today, when making a delivery for the restaurant I work for, a customer shoved and yelled at me because she didn't get any fries with her order. She didn't order any, which isn't unusual, considering we're a Chinese takeaway and don't even sell them. FML

Today, my boyfriend came to my work, at a drive thru, in my car, and then got mad at me because I wouldn't give him free food. In his anger, he put my car in reverse and backed out of line very quickly, only to smash into a paying customer. FML

Today, I placed an order at a fast food joint, when the elderly lady behind me cussed me out for ordering the same thing she wanted. She ranted that I was a "dirty thief", while everyone else glared at me as if I was holding up the line. What the fuck? FML

Today, a customer yelled at me so furiously that she sprayed my face with spittle. I had to stand there, smiling and politely explaining that I needed to see a receipt before I could give her a refund. When she finally gave up and left, my boss bitched me out for "provoking the customer". FML

Today, while working the drive-through, a woman ordered a large coffee with four creams. I handed her the coffee, and she took a sip. She then hurled it at me, screaming, "I said four creams, not five!" and sped off, leaving me drenched in hot coffee. FML

OMG, I've been the drive thru guy in this! i was on an overnight at my fast food job, and two cars comes through. One car orders and comes to my window, the second car comes through shortly after, and when he doesn't won't to wait, he said "f**k your one moment" tries to drive through, and gets stuck behind the first car.

I don't know if they're a national chain but if you have a Five Guys Burgers and Fries they always give an insane amount of fries, or at least the one I go to does.

my mother once yelled at a girl at a dennys because she (my mom) hadn't remembered to bring her coupon for a free meal with her. she did this after she had ordered and eaten her meal (which she confirmed she had the money for prior), and made the stink to try and get the 10 dollar meal for free without the coupon because she didn't have the money to pay for it. my mother does things like this often. I refuse to go out with her unless she proves to me she has the money to pay for her stuff. she has done things like this on numerous occasions and continues to find nothing wrong with her actions... I am ashamed to go into public with her when any type of money to do things is involved because she consistently makes a scene.
