I worked at a gas station once and my first month there my drawer came up 25cents short. he actually tied to make me give him a quarter and when I said no he said then he will take it out of my check. I said I dare you because that's illegal unless you can prove I stole anything you can't take my money. I got my full check and he never pulled that shit again. never give them your own money especially if you didn't take it. and usually if there is more than one drawer it will balance out. oh and ask for proof that you stole.

This actually happened to me at a fast food restaurant I worked at. I could write an entire FML book about that place but among the things they did wrong, they accused employees of taking things they didn't and then would harass them onto quitting so they wouldn't have to pay unemployment. And that isn't even the worse job I've had.

In that case I would have taken my money back and quit. That's bull..
