I'm gonna say this could be two things. OP broke up with the ex in question, and is now jealous the he's getting married, and the fact that it's her sister really rubs the salt in the wound. OR He broke up with OP for the sister. either way both cases aren't nice :(

ULTIMATE BETRAYAL!! she obviously doesnt give a rat's ass about you or your feelings, so don't even bother considering her as a sister anymore! a true sis (such as my own) would never hurt you like that! i'm sorry you two can no longer share the awesome sister-friendship bond, but its all her fault for ******* it up FYL FOR SURRRE!!

Your sister is a jerk but you have to love her because she is your sister. Don't look jealous and act happy for them as much as you can, that will get your ex mad ;)
