Today, my boyfriend told me there was a tick on my shoulder and that he would remove it so I shouldn't worry. After about a half hour, lots of blood, and a ton of pain, he told me it was just a mole. FML

Today, I went to the Doctor's for a mole my husband had said was, "growing and changing color". It turned out to be a wood tick. My husband knew, but said it was too "icky" to take off himself. FML

Today, I was at the beach with my boyfriend in Key West. I had gotten a bikini wax and new swimsuit for the occasion. My boyfriend was being romantic until he pulled a long hair from a mole on my leg. It's all fun and games until the mole starts bleeding, profusely. FML

Today, I went to the doctor for what I thought was a persistent bug bite. Turns out it was a mole I'd never noticed. I had been scratching it then applying anti-itch cream for weeks. FML

Today, I woke up to a pain on my eyelid. I stumbled into the bathroom to find a huge tick attached to the edge of my eyelid. My dad used tweezers to pull it off, only the head stuck. I had to go to the doctor and sit there for 15 minutes so she could pull the rest out. FML

What's wrong with you!?!? Moles are like the handicap of the animal kingdom, they're eyesight is virtually nonexistent. You deserve all the pain you had to endure for letting him mutilate a mole. On a more serious note that sucks OP, your boyfriend is a dumba$$.

How are you so totally unfamiliar with your own body that you had no idea there was a mole in that location? Unless you've got such horrible skin cancer that you have discolored moles popping up all over your body, you should be aware.

Not really. It could have been on the back of her shoulder (or is that just considered the back?). I was unaware for fourteen years that I had freckles in the shape of the Little Dipper in the center of my back. I only found out when a friend pointed it out. Not many people examine their whole body for moles and freckles.
