Today, McDonalds charged me 21 cents for a honey mustard packet. The jerk manager made me break a $50 bill. So I grabbed all their napkins, carried them into the parking lot and tossed them all into the air in protest and drove off. Down the road, I realized I left my wallet at the counter. FML

That's pathetic. Seriously. I know the manager was being an arse, but that doesn't mean you should act the same. You should carry some friggin change on you. Who walks around with just $50s then gets pissy about it?

How about you skip the honey mustard? What is wrong with you? And you acted like a baby on top of it. Way to go, slick.

The napkin thing was friggin' genius!!!

And you mam, are a DOUCHE! People like you and Larry or whatever the **** this morons name is should kindly **** off out of public and live in a cave where honest people doing their jobs don't have to deal with people less mature than my 9-month old niece!

I think the main thing is that the manager made him pay for honey mustard (which you don't normally have to do), and make him break a freakin fifty dollar bill to get it. The manager was a jerk, so I agree, I would have done the same thing! :D

it depends on what mcdonalds ur at. one owned by an owner can set whatever price they want( I work at that kind) and the other is owned by corpret and yes usually they don't charge for sauces. so every mcdonalds is diffreng

YDI. Are you 5 years old? Seriously, grow up. The world doesn't revolve around you. If you didn't want to break the bill, don't get the mustard. Big ******* deal.

You little ****. I work at Mcdonald's and people like you are a hassle. **** you. If you didn't want to break your 50 dollar bill then you a) didn't have to get the ******* sauce or b) should have asked for it in your order and maybe you could have paid for the sauce in the same bill. You should have choked on your Big Mac douchebag

I'm in full agreement with you. Some customers just don't understand that the staff at catering restaurant they are at aren't there as "slaves". I always ask for my sauce at Maccy D's ;)

god I want to give u a big high five right now ( I also work at a mcdonalds)

dude you should file a complaint that kind of stupid asshole move made by a manager for an item that is free in any normal fast food place should get him fired!! you were completely within right to make a non-agressive revolt, however you're a complete dipshit for leaving your walet on the counter.

#258, you can ketchup and regular mustard for free...honey mustard on the other hand comes in bigger packets than you would get for ketchup and mustard. It is not "normally free" - haven't you been reading the comments anyone else is saying? People who work at McDonald's are saying that yes, it does cost money to get these sauces. And even if the restaurant didn't charge the customers for the sauce, it would still cost them money and no business is going to succeed if they just give everything away...

and fyi it takes about 5 mins to clean something like that out so everyone just shut up about it

Then you can clean it up. Now go into the parking lot, take a broom and dust pan and just have at! And when you're done, which will be more of a half hour, depending on the size of the parking lot, then your manager will have just wasted that half hour of labor for something that could have been avoided if someone did not have the temperament of a five year old, and understood simple rules.

So u make sure to grab all of the napkins, but you forget your wallet on the counter. Hmmm, I don't know about you but something is definitely wrong with that picture. You're focused on wasting napkins but forget your very important wallet. That's just a FAIL!!!
