Today, I went to visit my grandpa. He has an easily excited dog, who barreled into my freshly broken knee. I felt my knee move out of place again. The dog chipped a tooth. We went to the vet first. FML

Probably only just healing and he's gone to visit grandpa for rest and relaxation to aid the healing...

No, the poor thing has a chipped tooth FTDL.

To be fair, the dog can't take an anti-inflammatory or an aspirin if he's in pain. OP can, while he waits his turn to get checked.

Yes, dogs can take benadryl and baby aspirin, even medications that humans use! Oh my!

I have family like that too. Word of advise, don't hang around them too long. Always leave after an hr or so. I never stay long enough to engage in activities.

Op, just hope that you don't have a life-threatening accident with that dog.
