The Bible does not mention dinosaurs because the humans who wrote (and revised and translated and changed and destroyed and rewrote and etc..) the Bible did not yet know of the existence of dinosaurs. As to the Bible "referencing" creatures so strange they could only be dinosaurs... C'mon people.
