i find that pretty odd, given how docile Great Danes are. never heard of anyone being even bitten, let alone savaged, by one.
^ I agree. I have two Great Danes (a 13 yo female and a 2 yo male) and find the behavior above not only odd in a behavioral sense but nigh on physically impossible. Danes, while very large and imposing LOOKING are really rather (a) galloping dorks (while puppies) or (b) too darn tired to care.
