This would be more of a YLS if he tried to put his hands down your shirt to get his gum, and then put it back into his mouth to get some of that extra flavour.

On the bright side at least you got some free gum

Haha one time my teacher was chewing gum and it dropped on the piece of paper on my desk he was looking at...this is much worse, though.
