Today, my 63-year-old neighbor jumped out of his window. I was the first to find him, alive, naked and stuck in a bush. I guess I shouldn't have laughed at him while waiting for the ambulance, because he turned out to be my landlord. FML

Laws and tests aren't infallible. Anders brevik obtained all his guns legally and look what he did. The people who plan on doing bad things don't care about laws. Look at L.A, most guns aren't legal in California yet gangbangers still get Mac 10s and extended magazines for semi autos.
