What makes them juvenile delinquent ? the fact that they are creative and play music? And that they actually do it during normal hours and not at 1 am like other teenagers? Get ear plugs, or ask them nicely to move to the later morning. But for sure it's not their fault/problem you moved to night shifts

It's not their problem as long as they play within your local noise ordinances. Wear ear plugs, soundproof your unit, sleep in another spot in your home, or change your hours back to daytime.
