You guys are all retarded, any form of physical activity whether it be running in circles or even sexual activity is burning calories. Im not overweight but ive been there, i dont want people to see me workout or run.
This sounds so familiar! I had no real other options besides running outside, but I still always feel awkward about it :-) That's why I go running early in the morning (6 AM).
It's a start, OP, don't let people get you down. Believe in the fact that you CAN lose the weight, even if it does not go as fast as you'd like. Good luck!
I do the exact same thing for the exact same reason hahaha
Good for you starting to run! Don't be embarrassed - what people see is someone who is making the effort to change. Google Hal Higdon for various training regimens for different distances for walkers and runners. Don't be ashamed - you're doing what most overweight people never do: lace up!! Stick with it and you'll see, the weight will come flying off. The advantage of exercise is you see results QUICKLY! If you lose 20 pounds, you don't much notice it in the mirror - but exercise for a couple of weeks and you will be impressed with who you see looking back at you before you shower. Go for it!!
LOL
That's a funny mental picture...
Forever alone
Run those circles like a boss!
At least you were running instead of doing nothing. That's probably more than a lot of people can say.
