Today, my job interview got canceled. I later found out it's because my sister got the brilliant idea to go talk to the manager to "advocate" for me, and they thought I put her up to it. FML

Oh, I am so sorry this happened to you! You did nothing wrong, but might feel embarrassed due to your sister's stupid actions. This must be why a person may decide to never tell anyone what's going on in their life; so they can't screw it up. Yikes.

Today, our cleaning lady's son came to our house claiming that his mother had died of a heart attack. We gave him her entire month's salary as well as some extra money. A few hours later, our cleaning lady turned up for work. Turns out she doesn't have a son. FML
