Audition time!

Today, I realized that my neighbors can not only hear me singing in the shower through my apartment's paper-thin walls, they also take great delight in recording it so that they can play it at high volume for their friends when they next throw a party. I want to disappear. FML

Pshh please. I just finished a singing jam sesh in my basement. It's awesome. Sing along with the recording...outside their door, with a microphone, attached to an amplifier.

Tape them taking a shit or having sex or just fake a recording at your next party- plus - you need to one up them - have amazing- id even fake sex- the whole time there friends are over next- all will be uncomfortable- and if they tape you they will be jealous - let them know you were waiting to tape them having good sex- but it just never happened and they clearly aren't having any good sex or

I'm not sure the laws in the US but recording you without your knowledge is invasion of privacy and in some country's that is against the law.

You could probably get them in trouble with the cops for that and you also might be able to sue them for invasion of privacy and recording without your concent.

No. Nice try though. The neighbours could easily claim they've asked her to keep down the noise and made the recordings as evidence of her disturbing the peace. Here's the thing, they haven't trespassed on OP in any way. Her singing is invading their home. As long as they haven't set up a recording device that goes through walls or anything, many countries will decide they've broken no laws.

F*** them and their sad little lives, as a great man once said, 'there's no kill switch for awesome". You need to start talking to yourself.. things like "I can't wait to f*** <male neighbour> again when <female neighbour> goes to work" :)
