please tell me you took pictures of everything. take her to small claims court and most definitely say BYE-BYE! you don't need that toxic destructive person in your life. she won't change or get better.
As the other comment said, take her to court to get your money back. Then get as far away from her as possible. I have a feeling that this has happened before and it is only your possessions that she destroys, not hers. She knows exactly what she is doing and doesn't 'lose control '.It is a form of abuse.
I'll never understand this tactic of destroying things in order to get one's way. As if you'll say, "OH! I see it now! You love me so much you can't control yourself and destroy my things! This is a match made in heaven! Let's get married!"
