Wham bam thank you m'am

By ohhmydamn - this FML is from back in 2009 but it's good stuff - United States

Today, I found out if you slide down the stairs on a foam mattress topper, it just folds under instead of sliding. Then you slide the rest of the way down on your knees and break your nose at the bottom. FML

lol I used a laundry basket when I was 6 made it down 15 steps before I got caught the last step. broke the drywall with my head.

Very detailed! Thank you for informing us. But I've slid down in a clothes basket before and my stairs have turns I broke my left arm and neck. It was quite the experience

I tried that when I was three with a cardboard box. I rolled down the stairs and faceplanted the door. It just means that you've lived!
