Today, while I was getting out of the shower, I saw a spider climb into the ceiling vent. Wanting it to come out so I could kill it, I turned on the fan. It came out, along with a dozen of its friends. FML

Teaching my kids the good that spiders do so they don't freak out like this. They take care of other more virulent insects that can actually kill you, albeit indirectly...

Same exact thing here with the spiders... The mother looked vicious too, poisonous at least but no idea what kind she was. It freaked me out to no end... Now the expression on my friend's face when he entered the room, on the other hand......
