When I'm in crowded areas, I always play with my phone with the headphones plugged on - that way it prevents any loud or annoying sounds from blasting off by mistake.

I've been trying to post this same story for days because it happened to me. Except I played a Facebook video (which loads a lot faster than a YouTube video usually) and the first words were "**** all you..." and I was able to turn it off after that. I tried 3 times and all 3 were rejected. Now I can't even try again since now everyone is going to think I stole his/hers. If the same exact thing happened to him/her then I'm sorry man but too many details seem alike for me to think it was a coincidence.
