Today, I somehow failed to notice a spider and her egg sac were hiding in my beard. I finally did notice when hundreds of baby spiders suddenly started swarming from my beard in the middle of my board meeting, forcing me to hurriedly shave it using my boss's nail scissors. FML

You are supposed to comb your beard at all times, plus scrubbing it with shampoo, and conditioning if needed Every time you shower. You need some hygiene lessons, that's nasty.

Man, I sure hope you don't have a girlfriend or wife because she'd get all kinds of vaginal infections from you being down there. Shampoo now and again, eh?

Today, at work, I had a customer accuse me of taking the giftcard I had issued her for her return, after spending 15 minutes trying to fix her screwed up transaction. She began to yell, and follow me around the store. Security had to intervene and I had to be locked in an office until she left. FML

Today, we were closing the restaurant early. I begin mopping as a couple walks in. The lady slips and falls, and to avoid a lawsuit, we offer them free food. After they left, I slipped on the freshly mopped kitchen floor with dishes in my hands. I didn't get free food. FML

Today, some old friends came to visit me after I had my first baby a few weeks ago. When the last friend, who has always been rather self-centered, arrived, she immediately announced her own pregnancy and talked of nothing else for the rest of her stay. FML

Today, while dreaming, I was thirsty and grabbed a glass of water to drink. The taste was so horrible that it caused me to wake up and realize I was drinking the isopropyl alcohol I keep on my nightstand for my CPAP machine. All Poison Control had to say was, "Uh oh." FML

Today, my date walked out on me during our first encounter when he found out my prosthetic leg wasn’t the result of "fighting terrorists to protect democracy", but a splinter that went septic and caused gangrene. Apparently I’m no longer heroic enough for him. FML
