Today, I packed my bags and left for the airport. When I passed through security, the X-ray scanner discovered that my cat had also come along for the ride. FML

I'd be more concerned about radiation exposure. I personally don't know the levels they use compared to a medical XRay, but you would be wise to contact your Vet.
