My stepdad spent almost 500 dollars for my ferret today. He had to get an X-ray and bloodwork. But chances are he won't make it through the weekend. Just be glad your pet is okay. You're their entire world.

I cant tell you how many people I hear say the refuse to take a small animal to the vet because they dont want to spend "vet money" on an animal that was less than $20. Good on you, OP This is what a responsible pet owner looks like
