You can legally sue them.
was it money that YOU saved up or was it money that they had set apart and then decided to use it on something else?
yeah, that was my inquiry as well. If the money was in an account that *only* had OP's name on it, then there are definitely grounds for legal action. However, if it was a joint-account or strictly the parents' account, and it was money they were putting aside... well, hate to say it- but it was their money to do with as they pleased. Either way, terrible parents for pursuing their own desires before considering their child's economic/educational future.
I'd sue ur retarded parents for theft fuckkn goofs
It's called emancipation and even that's only for minors
If only you could sue for embezzlement. Unfortunately it's still their money they tried to save for you. fYL indeed.
sue!
I wood tell them to F off and I would break their stuff that's of that value
Sue them for the house and sell it to pay for college. Or threaten to sue them and make them pay for college. whichever works better.
To hell with it, just burn down their beach house.
Why did your parents have access to it in the first place if it's money YOU were saving. My parents can't go into my accounts.
Your parents suck ! :(
