Today, I thought it would be a great idea to tell my coworker to calm down when he appeared to be very uptight. He thought it would be a great idea to punch me right in the face. FML

I would like to compliment your coworker on their decisive action. You sound like an insincere a-hole to me. It takes quite a conceited person to think all it takes is their magical words to make someone else's problems suddenly cease to exist.
