Pace yourself

Today, I've always been a healthy person with a normal body and average BMI. My husband is a fitness freak with a super body. When I expressed interest in starting working out, he laughed at me and said, "Trust me, you're not the fitness kind. I've tried." What hurt me most is that it's true. FML

He thinks you’re not fit for HIS kind of fitness routine. Find your own style and do it your way!

Show him you are serious, just start doing it yourself. You don't have to go crazy, start slow. Go for a walk, do a 20 min work out, or a short youtube workout session. Like 2 -3 times a week. Take it easy, but do something.

Walking 15 minutes a day or taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work have measurable benefits to health. You can improve your health tremendously without making it a part-time job.
