He sounds lovely

Today, I was complaining about the weather when my fiancé looked at me and said, "Can I ask a favor? Can you stop moaning and complaining and bitching about every single little thing that doesn't go your way?" He continued on for a good five minutes detailing how much I complain. He's a dead man. He could have been kinder, but maybe consider how often you complain, and what you complain about. Believe me, I vent often myself, but sometimes I have to pick my battles. You could create a blog; complain to the world and hear what it has to say.

I agree. I complain, a lot, but I do see that if you can’t limit it, people don’t have the emotional empathy energy when it happens too much. I do try to balance mine with humor sometimes, but if you constantly bitch, you come off as bill bur in “F is for Family” vibes. Take a chill pill. If anxiety has you bad, find a better way to get it down. You are on the way to a stroke or heart attack. Either that, or you definitely need a therapist. I use a combination of therapy, humor and Delta-8 about one night when i sleep (not fond of its high, but leaves me mellow all week without a lasting impairment by time i wake up after 6-7 hrs of sleep). Your partner is not, and should not be, your therapist.

You have no idea how depressing it is to be with someone who does nothing but moan, complain and bitch about EVERYTHING. It makes you not want to be around the person because the instant they open their mouths, whatever good mood you had is gone. It's a constant, heavy, utterly negative weight and your other half has clearly hit his limit. You need to have a good look at yourself and get some therapy otherwise you're going to be single pretty quick. Being with someone like you is like trying to swim with a concrete block tied to your leg. Sort yourself out before he cuts you loose because he WILL if you don't.
