I sort of doubt the Dr would suggest a reduction if he's just fat because all of him needs reducing.. I would've thought a gastric bypass would be more likely if that were the case. Totally sucks if it's gynecomastia though, even if you get them reduced they might grow back again.

That's a bummer, but see if there are alternatives... that surgery can't be fun and the recovery is said to be quite unpleasant. Diet and exercise? Hormones, if it's an imbalance?
