Bonsoir, je suis l'auteure de la VDM. (Et je n'étais pas connectée quand je l'ai publiée). Ça me fait encore marrer et rager rien que d'y penser. Comme le disent plusieurs personnes qui ont été publié et qui ont voulu expliquer leur VDM dans son contexte, 300 caractères c'est court ! Pour la mienne, ça s'est passé il y a 1 mois. Habitant une autre commune que mon lieu de travail, l'école envisagée est privée et c'est la raison pour laquelle j'aurais souhaité que l'entretien se passe bien. On avait expliquer à mon fils avant le rdv qu'on l'emmènerait à l'école et ce qu'on y fait (à 2 ans et demi on comprend beaucoup de choses n'empêche !). L'entretien précédent avait duré plus longtemps, ce qui fait que mon fils ne tenait plus en place devant les locaux de l'administration (câlins aux poteaux!). D'habitude il se plie aux règles et exige que ses camarades fassent de même à la garderie. Arrivé à notre tour, il s'est faufilé sous la table, et s'est mis à rouler sur le sol en faisant le pitre. Après plusieurs questions d'usage, la directrice de l'école voulait s'assurer qu'il n'y ait pas de soucis avec mon enfant, qu'il écouterait les consignes de la maîtresse (et qu'il sache se tenir en classe). Voyant mon fils s'agiter (et crier en jouant et non pour faire une crise) et suite à la question sur l'autorité, j'ai voulu démontrer à la directrice qu'il était exempté de toute désobéissance (et bin non !). J'avais envie de me cacher dans un trou de souris. Une fois sortie, j'étais en froid avec mon fils. Mais il ne m'en tient pas rigueur aujourd'hui. Je comprends les tlbm mais on ne peut anticiper les réactions d'un enfant. Pour Paktol : c'est dur de tous raconter en quelques caractères mais j'espère que mes explications auront éclairé les incompréhensions. J'attends la réponse de l'école dans 1 mois. Je saurais pourquoi mon fils ne sera pas retenu si son dossier n'est pas accepté...entre autres.
