Bonjour, bonjour, je suis l'auteur. :) Comment j'en reviens pas d'avoir été publiée, j'ai l'impression d'avoir gagné un Oscars. Donc voilà le fin mot de l'histoire; vu que c'est pas simple de tout dire en résumé. En fait, notre chauffe-eau aurait apparement un problème de liaison électrique qui le maintient pas forcément à bonne température. Dixit le service client de la marque que j'ai fini par appeller voyant que rien ne bougait. Donc, nous avons de l'eau chaude par intermittence. Ça va, ça vient. Quand c'est en journée, tant pis. On attend que l'eau chaude revienne. Mais quand faut se doucher à 6h00 du mat' :( J'ai donc appelé ma proprio une première fois, elle a dit qu'elle appellerait le plombier de la gérance. Deux semaines sans nouvelles, et quand elle m'a enfin rappelée, (apparemment un soucis de téléphone... Qui fonctionne donc juste avec les messages parlant d'argent) je lui ai demandé des nouvelles du plombier... Dont elle a apparement perdu le numéro. M'enfin, ça fait déjà trois fois que je repousse le RDV et quand je la verrais, je lui donnerai le numéro de la gérance :) Merci pour tout vos conseils juridiques, on envisagera cette solution si rien n'est fait. #4;#15;#26; vos commentaires m'ont fait hurlé de rire, merci :D
