Bonjour ! :D (encore une nana qui se crée un compte juste pour commenter sa propre VDM /pan/) Bon ben je sais pas trop quoi dire, je suis hyper contente qu'elle soit passée, ça y est, j'ai réussi ma vie, je peux enfin abandonner mes études et m'enfermer dans ma chambre avec mes jeux vidéos *q* Je ne pensais pas avoir à commenter cette VDM (sinon je me serais créé un compte juste avant lolilol), mais en lisant vos commentaires je me suis dit qu'il y avait une petite mise au point à faire quand même ^^ Oui, j'avoue, j'ai un ENORME problème avec la bouffe. Faut dire que pour baver rien qu'en passant devant un macdo...enfin. Depuis que je suis petite je suis attirée par la nourriture, puis suite à un premier chagrin d'amour y'a trois ans, ben je me suis défoulée. Et quand j'ai eu mes chats il y a un an, un peu après m'être installée dans mon appart, j'ai trouvé ça mignon de leur donner le nom de mes aliments préférés. J'aurais dû faire comme tout le monde et les appeler Minouche, Papatte et Tigrou. Enfin bref, pour en revenir à mon problème avec la nourriture. A tous ceux qui disent que y'a pas besoin de se priver, je le sais, j'ai déjà testé le truc du "on mange ce qu'on aime tant qu'on se goinfre pas". Le souci c'est qu'avec moi, ça marche pas. Il me suffit d'un carré de chocolat pour que je rechute, comme il suffit d'une cigarette à un ancien fumeur. C'est presque devenu une addiction à force, alors je m'efforce d'oublier tout ça, je mange équilibré (cinq fruits et légumes par jours, les produits laitiers sont nos amis pour la vie, toussa toussa - et encore, produit laitier, on bannit le fromage, parce que sinon ça repart). Et puis je fais du sport parce que sans exercice ben ça sert à rien. Brefouille, je crois avoir tout dit. Merci encore pour la validation et à tous ceux qui m'ont conseillé de renommer mes chats xD Bisous de moi et de mes minous :3
