Bonjour à toutes et à tous, Je suis l'auteure de la VDM ! Alors cette histoire m'est arrivée il y a quelques jours déjà, j'en ai donc pour 2 mois et 20 jours de plâtre, et un cours séjour de 2 jours à l'hôpital. L'infirmière s'est excusée à plusieurs reprises à mon retour au lycée. Lorsque je suis allée à son bureau après "l'accident" j'avais le poignée enflé et rouge. D'après elle, j'avais seulement fait un faux mouvement dans ma chute. Mais le soir, après être rentrée et avoir mis de la glace et de la crème la douleur était telle que ma mère m'a emmenée aux urgences. Après 2 bonnes heures d'attente et 4 radios le verdict est tombé : 3 fractures ! Les médecins ont bien rigolé pour l'histoire du "faux mouvement". Bon, ce qui est cool c'est qu'elle me perdra un peu plus au sérieux ^^ Le directeur lui, n'était pas très fier de son "manque de professionnalisme" je cite. En tout cas, vos commentaires m'ont bien fait rire ! Merci d'avoir publié ma VDM et merci encore à vous tous :)

Salut, je suis l'auteure de cette VDM. Déjà, merci à ceux qui compatissent. Et pour ceux qui ne comprennent pas comment j'arrive de 20 à 400 en 5 jours, comme certains l'ont deviné, les 20 dossiers que je cite sont ceux que je trouve le matin en arrivant, le reste arrive au fur et à mesure de la journée (et il s'agit là d'une estimation puisque le nombre n'est pas fixe). Pour en revenir à la VDM, l'archivage se fait manuellement car il faut vérifier que nos clients ont correctement entré leur identité. Ce n'est pas très long, mais un peu fastidieux. Quand je suis arrivée donc le lundi matin et que j'ai vu le nombre de dossiers, j'ai cru faire un cauchemar, puis j'en ai parlé a ma "remplaçante" qui m'en a expliqué la raison. C'est donc tout naturellement que je suis allée voir mon chef pour régler le problème (mes dossiers habituels me prennent déjà une bonne demi-journée, je risquais pas de m'en sortir) et il a décidé qu'on ferait moitié-moitié avec la collègue jusqu'à ce qu'on ai tout fini (y compris les nouveaux dossiers entrants). Au final, elle a mis la semaine à rattraper le travail. J'ajouterai aussi qu'à l'origine elle me remplaçait pour une éventuelle montée en grade, qu'elle n'a bien sûre pas eu.
