Bonsoir, je suis l'auteur de la VDM. Déjà, merci pour vos commentaires de soutien, ça fait plaisir. Et merci à d'autres qui m'ont bien fait rire ^^ J'apporte quelques précisions sur cette anecdote qui date d'il y a environ un mois, parce qu'elle a quand même une fin heureuse. Le recruteur ne m'a pas dit tel quel la raison de l'annulation, il a simplement laissé un message sur mon répondeur m'expliquant que le RDV était annulé, sans préciser s'il était reporté ou pas. Comme je trouvais ça bizarre, j'ai décidé de me déplacer quand même à l'entreprise pour au moins avoir une raison. Et c'est quand j'ai vu la mine déconfite du recruteur lorsque je lui ai dit mon nom que j'ai compris qu'un truc clochait. C'est donc lui qui m'a appris, après s'être confondu en excuses, que j'ai effectivement un homonyme (même prénom, même nom de famille, même âge), qui, sacrée coïncidence, habite la même région que moi, et qui mène la belle vie entre belles voitures, voyages à l'autre bout du monde et jolies filles (non, pour avoir vu les photos de mes yeux, j'exagère pas). Et comme précisé plus haut dans un commentaire, une photo sur un CV n'est en effet pas obligatoire, il ne savait donc pas à quoi je ressemblais, et vu que je n'avais jamais eu de problème de ce côté là, je ne pensais pas que ça pouvait être à cause de ça. En clair, j'ai un homonyme (presque) parfait ! J'avais juste envie de lui sauter à la gorge, mais comme je suis bien élevé, je me suis retenu, tout en lui soufflant dans les bronches de manière très courtoise. Il a même essayé de me proposer un autre entretien, que j'ai refusé poliment, car je me suis dit que si un recruteur se fiait aux réseaux sociaux pour savoir à qui il avait affaire lors d'un entretien, c'est qu'il accordait plus d'importance à leurs vies privées qu'à leurs compétences professionnelles. Au final, c'est un mal pour un bien, puisque même pas une semaine et demie plus tard, j'ai obtenu un autre entretien d'embauche dans une autre entreprise, et devinez quoi ? J'ai été pris ! Qui plus est, par un patron très cool et qui, lui, ne juge pas à l'apparence. Voilà, j'espère que ça vous a un peu éclairé sur cette histoire. Ça s'est bien quand même bien fini, je tenais à le préciser. Et pour répondre à un commentaire plus haut : Non, je n'ai pas d'homonyme Prix Nobel de la Paix, mais j'aurais bien aimé ^^
