Bonjour, je suis l'auteure de cette VDM. Je poste ce message pour compléter quelques informations a propos de cette fameuse conversation téléphonique. Il se trouve que mon assureur avait besoin de me voir d'urgence. Je lui ai répondu que je ne pouvais donc pas me libérer dans l'après-midi car j'avais cours de poney. (NON je n'ai pas dit cache: j'ai poney) Désolé si on ne peut pas tout préciser dans une VDM!!! Mais effectivement l'assureur ne m'a pas laissé trop le temps de continuer mon discours, s'est esclaffé et m'a dit: c'est pas l'heure de plaisanter pour moi, puis a haussé la voix en me disant que lui aussi allait plaisanter avec mon dossier, puis a raccroché... Je n'ai pas pu le rappeler tout de suite car j'étais déjà en retard, et mon assureur ne connaît pas mon métier! J'ai hâte de le rappeler :)
