Hey, OP here. I would have mentioned in the FML that my work phone is one of those "dumb phones" and does not have any option to block numbers. After she did that for two nights in a row, I wound up setting one of the fax machine at my office to auto-dial her mobile and house phones every 15 minutes. Now, the only thing that wakes me up is the occasional user who forgot their login info, and my wife's odd food cravings.

Simple solution, set her ringtone as a silent sound file. You get all other calls, but still get to sleep while she wastes her time/sleep. win/win :)
Also, it will prevent you from starting something with her, so you won't have any family problems. If you need help with it, I'll check back here periodically and help you out
No offense, but I highly doubt OP will be seeking help from someone he's never met. I understand your good intentions, but I'm fairly certain he will never even see your comment.
After the baby is born, let her babysit for the night ... Then call HER every two hours
Is it not possible to block her number? Or like other commenters have said, change her tone to silent?
Get your wife to tell her that the doctor is very concerned about her getting such broken sleep and the effect it might have on her and the baby.
After the baby is born, call her every time the baby wakes up.
Why do Mother In Laws have to be soo obnoxious? Monster-In-Law!
PRETTY sure pregnant persons need a lot of sleep to help develop the fetus into a baby. I would have the doctor write a note pr pick up the phone and chew her out.
Couldn't you just silent the phone? That's what I do when I go to sleep.

She should be letting you enjoy your rest while you can instead..
