Today, I won 20 dollars on a lotto scratch off. My friend, pissed, makes me split the money, saying it was collateral for the gas money used to get us there. He then used his 10 dollars on a scratch off, and won 500 dollars. The jackass wouldn't split it. FML

"friend"? **** that. he could have given you SOMETHING... $500 is enough to hand at least $50 over... unless he was in dire need for that financially.

I wouldn't expect a guy to split $500. Ten bucks isn't too much, but there is no way a friend would give you $250.

wow, you're friend is a douche, I'd be plotting a way to get back at him, not because the money is uber important, but for the principle of it. It has nothing to do with the separate values (10 VS 250) because it shouldn't matter because with out that initial 10, he wouldn't have won anyways... at the least he should have either offered you your 10 back
