Today, I was telling my dad about plans to go out late for a few drinks next week. My dad started his usual "YOU COULD GET RAPED!" lecture, before my brother sprang to my defence, "It's not like she's what they're after, is she?" Apparently, rapists are out of my league. FML

omg i saw almost the same thing on TV when i was in JPN . this girl was gonna go but something at night(very dark outside) and she told her mom she was gonna go. he mom quickly told her "be careful honey. it's dangerous out there and someone might rape you." the girl said "it's ok it's not like i'm cute or anything"(thinking her mom would tell her "no ur cute" and such). he mom responded by saying "it's dark outside they can't see your face"
