Today, I was playing with my 2-year-old Siberian Husky, when she figured that since she couldn't get to my hand, she'd try to bite me in the genitals. She was successful. FML

My one year old husky likes to nibble when playing. Finally breaking him of it after months of trying. A combo of a shock collar that has a beep only setting and beeping him and putting him in his crate for a few minutes when he gets too wild. However, before breaking him, one of his favorite bite targets was my boob. Not fun. But huskies are worth the trouble. Best dogs for my personality.

Yeah my lab/pointer mix has been really mouthy ever since she was a puppy. I broke her of the habit by pinching her lip or digging into her gum with my nails every time she tried to bite me. Only took about 3 months.

You don't dig your nails into your dogs gums. That is extremely painful for them. You can do things like cover your hands with something they don't like (vinegar) or give a light smack on the nose. That sounds cruel.

Wow how shitty and utterly cruel advice. Nails are DIRTY and digging them into the gums is painful as well as can lead to an infection.

I used the same thing on my dog,but I only put a little pressure on his gums(enough to annoy him but cause little or no pain) it worked great for me and he stopped randomly biting me after 2 weeks
