yeah sounds like grandpa was more embarrased that someone pointed it out rather than him sitting in his waste. Obviously everyone at the table knew what happend but didnt want to draw attention to the fact. Im sure the whole time he was thinking Dear lord I hope no one knows. And when someone said something it broke his heart. The elderly have pride as well so he tried to play it off like nothing happend. :( Of course it didnt work.
I'm pretty sure that he had an adult dipper on, because you just could not ignore it otherwise. That happened to my 92 year old grandfather a few times, we ether ask him in a whisper if he needs the washroom, or finish the meal in a slightly more timely matter and then deal with it. He has also felt shame to the amount of tears over it, and I know its hard for you to see, but even with those hardships, the fact that you can still be with them, is a much better feeling and out weights the sadness and trials of age.
That poor man.
Aww this actually made me really sad. Poor guy.
aww poor great grandpa, thinking of an old man crying really makes me sad, someone should've taken him out the room discreetly and cleaned him
poor Grandpa... your sister is a bitch! why do people never think before they talk?
awe poor guy I wish I could give him a hug :(
Aww this is sad. At least you didn't make him cry... Your sister did....
